Background

During the coming 10 to 15 years health care organizations will predominantly be searching for improved treatment for the growing number of chronically ill people. There will be specific attention paid towards prevention of chronic diseases.

Is has already been realized that solutions must be sought in both innovation in the method of care given (the consumption of care) as well as in the optimalisation of ict and other developing technical possibilities.

CURIT contributes to this idea by merging the world of health care professionals and the world if ict and technical health care specialists.

CURIT has achieved a successful and proven work-method. By assessing the needs of public health and care professionals and then working in conjunction with care providers and ICT professionals cooperation was reached from the start resulting in Content Boards.
Content Boards evaluate the required care and present health care guidelines to determine and define a care model that is then put under construction.
